2024 Year
- There are two types of habits: life long fundamental habits and goal oriented habits
- Principle at Work: I don’t want to build a Sh*t
- Control negative thoughts. The person who thinks negatively will attract negative events in life.
- The more you learn, the more you earn
- The person who doesn’t take risks, risks even more
- When you are sitting in a meetings, first grasp the high-level business context before diving into the technical details
- What has impact on
Energy
. There are 3 blocks: 1) Sleep, Food, Exercise, 2) Environment: people, events, stress or conflicts. 3) Getting a new Experience. - Discipline is a Freedom
- Pain = Growth
- Fear disappears when you start doing what you are afraid of, instead of just thinking about it
- A bad plan is better than no plan
