In this article, I will share some of the insights and thoughts that I have gathered over the years. These notes are a collection of my daily reflections, learnings, and observations.

2024 Year

  1. There are two types of habits: life long fundamental habits and goal oriented habits
  2. Principle at Work: I don’t want to build a Sh*t
  3. Control negative thoughts. The person who thinks negatively will attract negative events in life.
  4. The more you learn, the more you earn
  5. The person who doesn’t take risks, risks even more
  6. When you are sitting in a meetings, first grasp the high-level business context before diving into the technical details
  7. What has impact on Energy. There are 3 blocks: 1) Sleep, Food, Exercise, 2) Environment: people, events, stress or conflicts. 3) Getting a new Experience.
  8. Discipline is a Freedom
  9. Pain = Growth
  10. Fear disappears when you start doing what you are afraid of, instead of just thinking about it
  11. A bad plan is better than no plan
